Öjersjö offers a range of options to consider when planning your trip: Kåsjöbadet, training and activity facilities, walking and cycling routes, and cultural and natural sites. The specific differences range from a bathing spot with jetties and diving towers to historical connections along Gamla vägen.

Swimming and training by the lakes

Kåsjöbadet is located on Kåsjövägen in Öjersjö. The bathing area has several jetties, diving towers and toilets. This makes it a specific place to visit if you would like to include a swimming spot in your stay. Bus routes 512 and 516 from Partille centrum stop at Kåsjön, right next to Kåsjöbadet. Check the timetable before setting out if you plan to use this connection.

Hålsjögymmet has a different focus. It is located outside Öjersjökyrkan, between the small and large Hålsjön, and is open to everyone, not just church members. The facility is characterised by eight training stations, mostly made of wood. For planning purposes, the difference makes the choice clear: Kåsjöbadet features jetties, diving towers and toilets, while Hålsjögymmet features training stations between the Hålsjön lakes.

Activity park and disc golf

The activity park is on Gamla vägen in Öjersjö, next to Hallen preschool. The park has climbing features, an obstacle course and a multisport area. The disc golf course at Lilla Hålsjön offers a different kind of activity: it is in the woods near Öjersjökyrkan and has six baskets. This distinguishes the park, with its range of activities, from the disc golf course, with its clearly specified facilities.

On foot and by bike

A pedestrian and cycle path runs along Nya Öjersjövägen, from the roundabout at Hålsjövägen to the roundabout at Björkdals väg. The route was completed in summer 2025. In Hultet Södra in Öjersjö, the municipality has laid pedestrian and cycle paths and provided lighting and green spaces. The two areas are oriented differently: the path along Nya Öjersjövägen has two named endpoints, while Hultet Södra offers lighting and green spaces in addition to paths.

Culture and landscape

The older farms of Öjersjö Hallen along Gamla vägen form a valuable cultural landscape. Öjersjökyrkan is near Lilla Hålsjön; its grounds include a torp dating from 1850. The farms add a distinctive landscape feature along the road, while the dated torp provides a specific historical reference on the church grounds.

Near Öjersjö, Bråtaskogen is a local recreation area used for walks and mushroom-picking trips. In southern Partille, the Maderna-Haketjärn wetland and bog area also lies east of Landvettervägen. Vildmarksleden and Bohusleden run through this area. So, alongside Öjersjö’s specific facilities, you can also find a natural area with two named trails in southern Partille.
