Running and mountain biking trails near Högalund

At the Högalund club lodge, there is a 2.5-kilometre lit running trail, as well as fitness trails of 5 and 10 kilometres. The different lengths and lighting on the shorter running trail give you useful points of comparison when considering the available running routes.

There is also an approximately 10-kilometre mountain bike trail in the forest above Högalund in Tenhult. It has routes of varying difficulty and is suitable for both experienced and beginner riders. Trail conditions and maintenance can change, so check the condition before setting out.

Tenhultsbadet is an outdoor swimming facility on Lake Tenhultasjön, just south of the built-up area of Tenhult.
