As of November 29, 2025, the Evangelical Lutheran parish church in Großheirath is listed as a protected religious building in the Bavarian register of monuments. Its core dates from the 15th century, specifically 1463. The nave was extended, and in the 17th century the tower was given an upper section with a domed spire. The church therefore reveals both a medieval core and later phases of construction.

The communal brewery at Coburger Straße 27 in Rossach is also listed as a protected building in the Bavarian register of monuments, as of November 29, 2025. It is a two-story half-timbered house with a pitched roof dating from the 18th or 19th century. In Buchenrod, the half-timbered building Halber Lambeinshof is one of the municipality’s attractions.
