One of the entrances to Flemingsbergsskogen Nature Reserve is at Visättra Sports Center. When snow conditions are suitable, the illuminated Visättra trails in the nature reserve are groomed for cross-country skiing. The meadows beside the sports center are also prepared for skiing; both offerings depend on snow conditions.
The illuminated fitness trail in Visättra is 2.5 kilometers long and starts at Visättra Sports Center. Check local information about lighting and operating conditions before your visit. The outdoor gym there is large, built entirely of wood, and equipped for deadlifts, back extensions, sit-ups, dips, bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, jumping exercises, and balance training. The equipment is available year-round.
Flemingsbergsparken is in the center of Flemingsberg, between the university area and the Grantorp residential neighborhood. Fritidsbanken is a free sports and leisure equipment lending service at Ebba BĂĄĂĄts torg 20; you can visit during opening hours.
