Beach, Coastal Paths and Nature

Arenal de s'Olla de Son Saura beach is near the Son Parc development. Its shoreline is more than 200 metres long and has fine, golden sand. At the end of the beach, a path leads to Cala Pudent.

Cala Pudent is about a 3-kilometre walk from the surrounding area of Son Parc along an unpaved path; the walk takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Check the path conditions before setting out, as they can vary. Cala Pudent offers opportunities for diving; its seabed features contrasts of green and brown algae, white sand and blue water.

The section of the Camí de Cavalls from Arenal d'en Castell to Cala Tirant reaches the Son Parc development; Son Saura beach is located there. Along this section, the path crosses the wooded area of s’Albufera des Comte, which is of great natural value because of the diversity of its plant species. The entire stage from Arenal d'en Castell to Cala Tirant is 11 kilometres long, is considered particularly easy and begins by crossing the Son Parc development. The two distances give you a sense of the different scales involved in planning your walks: about 3 kilometres to Cala Pudent and 11 kilometres for the entire stage.

In the dune system of Arenal de Son Saura, the dunes rise to more than 10 metres.
