Old Town and the history of Sindelfingen

In the heart of the historic Old Town is the Sindelfingen City Museum, located in the Old Town Hall, built in 1470, and the adjoining Salt House, dating from 1592. The Mercedes-Benz walk also leads through Sindelfingen’s Old Town, has nine stops and combines historical content at selected points with digital augmented reality elements. Outdoor activities and treats in the Old Town

At the northern end of Sommerhofen Park is the Kneipp facility, with a walking pool and an arm bath, both supplied with fresh spring water. In the area around Sindelfingen, the Dachskopf viewpoint, at an elevation of 553 meters, offers views over Sindelfingen. A roughly 800-meter-long discovery trail uses information boards to explain the history of the former Dachsklinge landfill.
