Pržno: Coastal town on the Budva Riviera
Accommodation in Pržno
Pržno is a coastal town on the Budva Riviera. The beach, landscape and history as a former fishing village offer concrete points of reference when choosing a destination. The wider destination of Budva adds further leisure and cultural attractions.
Beach and townscape
Pržno Beach is about 260 metres long, sandy and partly rocky. It lies in front of a typical coastal settlement that was once a fishing village and is now a resort. Its west-facing position means the sun shines on the beach until sunset. Olive groves lie behind the beach. The townscape thus combines the coast, the former fishing village and its present-day resort character.
Miločer and walking trails
Nearby, Miločer Beach lies in front of Hotel Miločer, a former palace of the Karađorđević dynasty. A park surrounds the beach. Exotic trees and flowers grow there alongside local Mediterranean vegetation and flowers. Miločer Park also has walking paths, offering another way to experience the landscape on foot.
A 15.8-kilometre hiking route from Brajići to Miločer includes a rest stop at Pržno Beach. This makes the coastal beach a possible part of a longer hiking plan. Check local trail conditions before setting out. The historic Jegorov Put hiking trail runs from Miločer to Čelobrdo in the wider destination of Budva. The Budva Riviera has almost 150 kilometres of hiking trails within the municipality of Budva, leading through the hinterland and connecting authentic coastal villages.
