When planning your hotel stay in Rosà, you can first decide what to focus on: architectural history, parkland, cycling, an outdoor swimming pool or churches. Villa Dolfin Boldù and its adjacent park represent the cultural and garden side of the area; cycling routes and municipal facilities offer other options. If you plan to visit the outdoor swimming pool or use a particular cycling connection, check seasonal opening times or the current condition of the route before your trip.

Villa Dolfin Boldù and its park

Villa Dolfin Boldù is a 17th-century building. Construction began in 1650, commissioned by the noble Dolfin family. This start date places its construction in the middle of the century.

A neoclassical park adjoins the villa. It was designed by Alberto Parolini and completed by Francesco Bagnara. The attributions thus distinguish between the design and the completion. The park covers 33,500 m² and includes a pond and numerous centuries-old trees. Neoclassical describes the park’s style; the villa itself is classified as a 17th-century building.

Parks and protected area

The Parco rurale sovracomunale Civiltà delle Rogge, also called Parco delle Rogge, is a protected area of local interest. Its creation followed decisions by the municipalities of Rosà, Bassano del Grappa and Cartigliano. Covering about 250 hectares, the area extends across the territories of all three municipalities. The park at the villa adjoins the building directly, while the protected area crosses municipal boundaries.

Parco della mezzadria is in the Sant’Anna district of Rosà, west of the “Zanella” primary school. It is accessible to visitors with disabilities. Check current access conditions before your visit.

Cycling routes: network and specific sections

A municipal environmental publication completed in October 2021 describes a connected network of more than 50 kilometres of cycling routes in the Rosà area. It also notes that the network requires ongoing maintenance and renewal. For specific route planning, it is therefore helpful to consult current route information.

A safe shared cycle and pedestrian path along the first section of Via Molino was completed between 2016 and 2017. It runs from the junction with the SP59 towards the centre of Travettore.

The Ca’ Minotto cycle and pedestrian path, renewed in 2019 with a €100,000 contribution from the Italian Ministry of the Interior, connects Rosà with Rossano and is about 1,100 metres long. This gives an approximate length for the connection; for the Via Molino section, the route is instead specified by its junction and direction. As both upgrade details date from previous years, check the current condition before using them.

Outdoor swimming pool and event

The Centro Nuoto “Piscina delle Rose” – Centro Sportivo “Sole delle Alpi” includes an outdoor swimming pool with two pools covering 788 m². The facility is accessible to people with disabilities. Check the pool’s seasonal opening arrangements before your trip.

On Sunday, 26 April 2026, the exhibition and competition for white Bassano D.O.P. asparagus was held for the 40th time at Parco delle Rose in Rosà. This past event offers a specific glimpse of the local events programme.

Churches and planning your visit

Chiesa Parrocchiale di Cusinati, Duomo di Sant'Antonio Abate and Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Pietro are accessible to wheelchair users. If you would like to visit one of the churches, check the current opening arrangements in advance.
