Hrušovany Nad Jevišovkou: Indoor Pool, Buildings and Local History

Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou combines historic buildings with an indoor pool, a sauna and a range of sports facilities. Townscape and Architectural History

The late Baroque Church of St. Stephen, dating from 1758, stands on a hill. It is considered an important historic building and a landmark of the town. It bears a wrought and chased metal cross in the Rococo style. The Hrušovanské slavnosti are also among the town’s major cultural events. Next to the hall is Venkovní fit park, with outdoor workout equipment including pull-up bars, parallel bars, a stationary bike and a rowing machine. The main difference between the indoor facility and the fitness park is that one offers indoor spaces with different sports floors, while the other provides outdoor workout equipment.
