Renaissance Church and Baroque Statue

Kostel Tří králů is a single-nave Roman Catholic Renaissance church dating from 1577. The term “single-nave” describes a church interior with one nave; together with its classification as a Renaissance building, it gives the structure an architectural and historical context. A Baroque statue of Saint John of Nepomuk, dating from 1766, also stands in Břidličná’s central square. The church and statue therefore represent two distinct art-historical points of interest: a Renaissance building and a Baroque work.
