It displays real fossils found on Papuk, including fossilised shells, snails and corals, a dolphin vertebra, shark teeth, fossil leaves and a rhinoceros jawbone. Outside, there is an educational maze with information panels and sculptures of prehistoric animals. The fossils and outdoor features offer different points of interest within the centre.

The oldest Gothic part of the Church of St. Augustine in Velika dates from the 14th century or possibly even earlier. The sanctuary has an outdoor altar for liturgical celebrations in the open air. The church is also the starting and finishing point of the cycling route described above.
