Little Owl Farm Park on Owl Hill Lane is a specific landmark in Dunhampton. Its attractions range from animal encounters and demonstrations of farm tasks to play areas and a Nature Trail. When planning your trip, you can decide whether to focus on animals, activities for toddlers, exercise or observing nature.

Animals and farm demonstrations

At the Petting Barn, children can get up close to rabbits and guinea pigs. Newly hatched chicks are also included, when available. Children’s visits with the animals are supervised. The park also frequently demonstrates farm tasks, including feeding, caring for and looking after various animal species.

Animals at the park include sika deer, red deer and fallow deer. In total, Little Owl Farm Park is home to more than 90 different breeds of birds and other animals. These details give an idea of the range of wildlife on site; the Nature Trail also offers a separate way to observe animals in their surroundings.

Play areas and exercise

The Adventure Playground includes a Snake Swing, a Tangle Trail and a Roundabout. The facilities may change. The playground also offers several inclusive play options. The Physical Education Barn has a three-storey soft play area; the Visit Worcestershire Visitor Guide 2025/26 lists a total of four indoor play areas at the park. The number of areas may change.

At Shoot-Out Alley, soft play and climbing equipment are combined with air cannons that fire foam balls at other players. Pedal-powered go-karts are also available. The different areas offer a variety of activities, from playing indoors and climbing to getting active on a go-kart.

Nature Trail and seasonal observations

Along the Nature Trail, visitors can look for seasonal fairies in their houses. At the start of the trail, instructions show visitors how to find out their own fairy name. On sunny days, visitors may encounter bees, foxes, hedgehogs, birds and rabbits, among other animals. The possibility of encountering these animals is explicitly dependent on sunny weather.

Farmer Tots and café

Farmer Tots is a toddler group centred around farming themes. The programme includes weekly crafts based on farming and wildlife themes. A Friday morning session is offered for toddlers and their accompanying adults. Check the operator’s current booking information before planning your visit.

For a break, the café offers hot and cold food, as well as a large, comfortable seating area. This means you can combine your time at the Farm Park with a meal, alongside the animal and play areas.

Planning your visit

Little Owl Farm Park is on Owl Hill Lane in Dunhampton. A timetable entry from August 2023 lists bus route 303 for Dunhampton, which ran Monday to Saturday. Check the current timetable before travelling. The information does not specify the frequency or journey time.

Ombersley is near the destination. St Andrew’s there was built by Thomas Rickman between 1825 and 1829; the church is considered an early, notable example of Gothic Revival architecture. This architectural connection complements Dunhampton’s animal and play attractions with a distinct perspective on a nearby building.
