Getting your bearings around Haugsværvatnet

A paved road runs along the entire southern side of Haugsværvatnet. A disc golf course also follows this road, and there is an open shelter by the roadside. These three features provide concrete local reference points for planning in Haugsvær. Check the road’s route and surface conditions on site. If you plan to use the shelter, check access beforehand; if you’re planning a round of disc golf, it’s also a good idea to check whether it is currently in use.
