Nature and outdoor activities in Tarup-Davinde

The MTB trail in Ibjergskoven in the Tarup-Davinde area is about 3.3 km long. There is also a 4.5–6 km heart trail in the area. At around 3.3 km, the MTB trail is shorter than the heart trail. Landscape and history

The area around Årslev is characterised by forests, streams and fields. The formation of Os Ibjerg also tells the story of the landscape: it formed during the last Ice Age in a crevasse at the bottom of a glacier. Church and culture

Årslev Church is a well-preserved Gothic church with extensions from the late Gothic period, built around 1425. It is described as a hall church: the chancel is just as wide as the nave. Two different themes come together at Årslev Church: the hall-church layout and the late Gothic extensions relate to the church building, while “Lea” is part of the furnishings as a model ship.
