The cemetery around the church contains 23 stećci, nine of which are decorated with various motifs. Thus, the building and its consecration stand as two historical milestones alongside the medieval burial ground, which is also part of the designated complex.

Another church is located in Donji Ervenik: the Church of St Nicholas stands in the cemetery and is used for Orthodox liturgy.

Cultural diversity in Općina Ervenik
