Brezovac – Church, Cycling Routes and Aviation

The international Lonjsko Polje–Balaton cycling route passes through Bjelovar on the stretch from Trojstveni Markovac to Brezovac. Aviation

Sportski aerodrom Brezovac is located next to Brezovac, about 3 kilometres south of the centre of Bjelovar. Its drained grass runway is 900 metres long; the airfield is operated by Zrakoplovni klub Bjelovar. In Bjelovar’s tourism classification, it is counted among the main attractions and facilities; it is also considered an outdoor sports and recreational facility.

Visual flight rules (VFR) traffic is permitted at Bjelovar/Brezovac Aerodrome. The aviation publication is dated 2 October 2025. A written request is required at least 24 hours in advance for operations; check the operational details again before flying. Flight planning therefore involves the VFR approval, the written advance request and its deadline, and reconfirming the operational details.
