Hotels in Okpuno Awka: Location for your appointment

Okpuno, near Awka in Anambra, is primarily known to visitors for its church facilities and a documented conference center. If you are looking for a hotel for an appointment, use the exact event venue as your location reference. The mere mention of a hotel on the old page does not establish current room availability or an editorially verified price.

Conference and religious sites

The national convention of the Association of Mary, Queen of All Hearts took place in 2026 at the Archbishop A. K. Obiefuna Retreat, Pastoral and Conference Centre in Okpuno. This is a documented past event, not a promise that it will be repeated or that conference rooms are available. St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church became a parish in 1996; St. Anthony’s and St. Raphael’s were established as quasi-parishes in 2023. A diocesan pilgrimage center is also located in Okpuno. These facilities are distinct destinations, each with its own rules for use and visits. Before an appointment, hotel guests should confirm the exact address, time, and participation requirements with the organizer.

Choose a hotel for your specific occasion

Compare only hotel rooms that are actually offered, based on their address relative to the conference venue, price, cancellation policy, and required amenities. A religious event does not establish that the pastoral center offers hotel rooms or that a nearby hotel is available. For a longer stay, proximity to other appointments in the Awka area may matter more than proximity to a single event venue. The old page promised suite offers, current room rates, and boat trips without reliable evidence; these claims should not influence your hotel choice.
